GM made a change mid-year in 2009 to the body side molding.
There are two styles, please tell us when ordering if your vehicle is like side molding A or B as described below:
A. The newer door side moldings are sculpted or "crown-style" molded at the top of factory molding. The molding is 4 1/4 inches wide and the front door length is 42 3/4 inches long and the back door length is 34 1/8 inches long (approximate measurements). (R1980)
B. The older door side molding is smooth and rounded. The factory molding is 3 1/2 inches wide. The front door length is 44 inches long and the rear door length is 33 inches long (approximate measurements). (R1979)
